Service areas
Do you charge for travel?
In most central areas, no. A few outer areas carry a travel fee, which is shown against the area on the booking form before you submit.
My area is not on your list. Can you still come?
Please ask. We would rather tell you honestly than take a booking we cannot fulfil well.
Booking
How will you reply to me?
On the channel you choose on the form — telephone, LINE, WhatsApp or email. Please make sure that field is filled in.
Can I change or cancel a request?
Yes. Contact us with your booking reference and we will amend or cancel it. The cancellation policy applies once a booking has been confirmed.
General
Do you have a shop I can visit?
No. We are a mobile service: our therapists travel to your home, hotel, condominium or office. We do not receive customers at an address.
How far in advance should I book?
A day ahead is comfortable. Same-day requests are often possible in central areas, but they depend on therapist availability at the time you ask, and we confirm before anything is booked.
Is submitting the form a confirmed appointment?
No. Submitting the form sends a request. We check availability for your date, time and area and reply to confirm. Only then is there an appointment.
Can I book in Thai?
Yes. The whole website, the booking form and our replies are available in Thai and English.
Home and condominium bookings
What do I need to prepare at home?
A quiet room with about two metres square of clear floor, and somewhere to change. Your therapist brings the table or mat, fresh linen, towels and oil.
What if my condominium requires visitor registration?
Tell us on the booking form. Add the front-desk procedure, any gate code and the building name in the access notes, and your therapist will follow it.
Hotel bookings
Can I book a massage to my Bangkok hotel room?
Yes. Give us the hotel name and your room number on the booking form. Your therapist reports to reception following the hotel's own procedure, and we confirm the arrival window with you first. Some hotels ask the guest to meet the therapist in the lobby.
Does the hotel need to approve it?
Policies differ. Most Bangkok hotels allow in-room treatments; a few require the guest to inform reception or to be present at the door. Please check with your hotel if you are unsure, and tell us anything we need to know on the form.
Prices and payment
What is included in the price?
The treatment itself, the therapist's travel to you within your area, and everything they bring — the table or mat, fresh linen and oil. A travel fee applies in a few outer areas and is shown against your area on the booking form before you submit.
How do I pay?
Payment is arranged when we confirm your booking. We will tell you the options at that point, and the amount will be the amount shown on your request.
Is a tip expected?
It is not required and it is not added to your price. Tipping is entirely your choice.
Are your prices per person or per booking?
Per booking, for every treatment except the corporate office sessions, which are priced per person per session because a wellness day is budgeted that way. A couples massage is one price covering both people and both therapists.
Why does a four-hands massage cost twice as much?
Because it takes two therapists instead of one, so it uses twice the therapist time. The price is exactly double the same treatment from a single therapist, with nothing added on top. The same is true of the couples massage.
Do you offer three-hour sessions?
Yes. Most treatments run 60, 90, 120, 150 or 180 minutes, and the rate per minute falls as the session lengthens. The office-syndrome treatment also has a 45-minute option for a lunch hour, and the corporate chair sessions run 15, 30 or 45 minutes.
Which oil massage should I choose?
Thai oil massage uses a light unscented oil and is the least expensive. Coconut oil massage uses warm cold-pressed coconut oil with no added fragrance, and suits dry skin or a fragrance sensitivity. Aromatherapy massage adds an essential-oil blend you choose, and is the one to pick for poor sleep or stress. Tell us about a coconut or nut allergy before booking the coconut oil treatment.
Does the price change for a hotel room or a condominium?
The treatment price does not depend on the type of building. A travel fee applies in a few outer areas and is shown against your area on the booking form before you submit.
Safety and conduct
How do I know who is arriving?
We tell you the therapist's name before they arrive, and they carry identification. If anybody arrives whose name does not match, do not admit them and contact us.
Is this a therapeutic massage service only?
Yes. This is therapeutic massage. Our professional-conduct standard is published, applies to both parties, and nothing outside it is offered or tolerated.
What if something goes wrong during a booking?
Contact us immediately on the number in your confirmation. We record every report, and both customers and therapists can raise a concern with us directly.
Therapists
Are your therapists qualified?
Therapists are approved by us before they are offered work. We are introducing a fuller identity and qualification verification process; until it is in place we do not describe our therapists as verified.
Can I request a particular therapist?
Not yet. Tell us your preferences on the booking form and we will take them into account when we assign somebody.
