Privacy Notice

DRAFT — for the client's legal adviser to confirm before publication. Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act applies and the adviser must confirm the lawful basis and retention periods.

What we collect: your name, the contact details you give us, the address where the service is to be delivered, your access instructions, and any notes you choose to add.

Why: to answer your request, to deliver the service, and to keep a record of the booking.

Who sees it: our booking staff, and the assigned therapist — who is shown only what is needed to reach you and deliver the treatment.

How long: retention periods are configurable in our system and are pending confirmation by our legal adviser. Nothing is deleted automatically until they are confirmed.

Your rights: you may ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to anonymise your record where no legal obligation requires us to keep it.
