Professional Conduct

This is a therapeutic massage service. Professional draping is used throughout every treatment, and your therapist will ask before working on any area.

Requests for anything other than therapeutic massage will be declined, the treatment ended and the booking cancelled. This applies equally to conduct towards our therapists: they may end a treatment and leave, and we will support that decision.

Either party may report a concern to us directly. Every report is recorded and reviewed.
