Booking Terms

1. Submitting the booking form sends a request. It does not create a confirmed appointment. An appointment exists only once Jewel Wellness Bangkok has confirmed availability with you.

2. Prices shown at the time of your request are the prices that apply to it, including any travel fee for your area.

3. Arrival times are estimates. Bangkok traffic and therapist availability affect them, and we will tell you if an agreed time is at risk.

4. The service is therapeutic massage. Requests for anything else will be declined and the booking cancelled.

5. You are responsible for providing a safe, clean and private space suitable for the treatment.
